\u30fbWe provide high hardness molds and precision molds for super engineering plastics focused on grinding.
\u30fbWe also specialize in manufacturing insert molding dies, internal threads and internal under molds.
\u30fbWe can also manufacture dies for precision micro products.
\u30fbOur molds do not use any parts that are not specified in the drawings, making it easy to replace parts even at distant production sites, thereby improving interchangeability, reproducibility, and durability.
\u30fbWe keep mold drawing data and mold history for a long period of time (semi-permanently).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u30fbWe respond to high-precision requirements with optimal processes that combine wire and die-sinking electrical discharge machining, micro precision machining centers, NC grinding, and other processes.

About our Injection Molding Processing Capacity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u30fbAs of January 2022, we have 3 horizontal molding machines and 1 vertical molding machine.
\u30fbCurrently, the maximum size of the machines is 75 tons, so the size of products that can be handled is about the size of the palm of one\u2019s hand.
\u30fbFor small products, we can handle extremely small sizes with a single product weight of 0.01g or so.
\u30fbWe can also mold products with internal\/external threads and complex internal\/external under products.
\u30fbVertical insert molding is also available.
\u30fbSmall-lot molding processing is also available.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
